We are working exclusively in partnership with Opal One Exeter ensuring our students are provided with the highest quality and best value student accommodation in Exeter.
Opened in 2010, Opal One is a short walk from the Exeter College city centre sites and is close to Exeter St David’s train station and the city centre. It offers:
- All-inclusive accommodation with all utility costs included in the basic rent
- En-suite rooms with modern, fully integrated shower rooms.
- Option of either: En-suite room in a cluster flat with shared kitchen and living areas (5-6 people) or luxury studio flat complete with your very own fully equipped kitchenette.
- Flat screen Freeview television in each studio flat or shared living area.
- High speed internet connections as standard in each room.
- Access to a full student experience programme organised exclusively for Opal One tenants.
- Use of garden areas, on-site launderette, a common room with pool table and bicycle storage.
For students' peace of mind, reception is manned 24/7, security personnel are on-site at all times and the building is fully CCTV equipped. Additionally, the site is keyless and all rooms are accessed using electronically coded keys issued to tenants.
