Join an exciting and outstanding IT team. You will be expected to be able to deliver across a range of programmes and levels to include BTEC L3 and L5. The ideal candidate will have previous teaching experience, a teaching qualification and a computing qualification. You will be able to deliver outstanding teaching and learning on units such as programming, web development and databases.

This is an exciting opportunity which will involve developing relationships with employers and students, assessing, verifying and training on IT, customer service and Admin based qualifications. You will join an ambitious team and will be part of a fast growing faculty. We are looking for someone who can work independently and as a team. The successful candidate MUST hold their A1 and V1 (or equivalent) qualifications, a qualification allowing them to train and have had experience of assessing, verifying and training.

Job Purpose: To work as part of a team delivering a high quality customer service using a range of communication methods, to ensure customer enquiries, payments, complaints are taken and resolved at first point of contact including all course enquiries. Act as the College's first response to face to face contact from all customers. Administer the processing of applications and related work.
