Salary: £32,623 - £34,666
37 hours per week

The merging of two faculties provides a unique opportunity for an innovative, energetic and highly motivated individual to lead the Hospitality and Catering curriculum.

An exciting new build incorporating a state of the art kitchen and restaurant, alongside Hairdressing, Beauty and Spa facilities opens in spring 2008.

You will be highly motivated with previous coordination/ management experience in training kitchens and restaurants and have a sound understanding of budgetary systems together with up to date curriculum knowledge.

You will be passionate about the Hospitality and Catering industry and seeking a challenge that matches your creativity and energy.
