Tim Stapleton MPhil, Bsc, FRICS. is a consultant to King Sturge LLP, previously partner (1988 – 2008), and Head of Public Sector Group advising NHS, Education, Local Government, Agencies & Charities on Estates Strategy. He was previously Principal Lecturer, University of West of England (1971 – 1988). Tim was also on the Board of College of Estate Management, 1987 – 2002). Author of “Estate Management Practice”; 1981, 1986, 1994, 2005; Estates Gazette. Tim is a member of the Regional Committee of the National Trust. Married with two daughters, his interests include sailing, rugby and historic gardens.

Tim was appointed Chair of the Board on 1st August 2010.
