- New £8.5million Technology Centre to provide world class Engineering, Aerospace and Automotive facilities at Monkerton on the edge of the city
- Management of the new development of the Haven Banks Outdoor Education Centre in partnership with Devon County Council
- Development of new gym and fitness centre at Victoria Yard to support students and staff from our Sports, Leisure and Tourism Faculty and across the college
