What our students are saying

Each unit I studied on my course focused on key areas that helped me with my career path. All the tasks I did helped with my personal development as they tested me to see if I can do presentations, write in different layouts, and do accounts and so on. I enjoyed every bit of my time at Exeter College studying business; making friends in my class, excellent teachers and becoming the person that I really am from a shy and quiet person to a more confident person.

Habib, BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in Business

During my course I have gained new skills and more confidence. I enjoy learning at college, meeting new people and learning about how skills are adapted to different companies. I hope to go on to study an accountancy course.

Lucy, Business Administration Apprenticeship Level 3

I chose my course because I wanted to be a legal secretary. My main achievements have been gaining the qualifications the course promised and I have also passed my word processing exams.

Laura, Administration Level 2

I am now going to study at the University of Exeter for a Degree in Economics and Finance with a year of industry. I plan to go on to do a Masters in Finance and Investment, and hopefully end up working in Investment Banking. The course helped me by giving me experience of working to deadlines. It also helped with personal development through the teamwork units and boosted my personal confidence through doing presentations to my classmates.

Mashud, BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in Business, A Level Economics, Extended Project
